Piqué Quilted Fabrics
(similar to matelassé fabrics)
Woven, machine quilted, 70% cotton, 30% polyester fabrics.
These fabrics are 270 cm (106") wide.
They are reversible and can be finished with bias binding or with a contrasting border.
Our Bridge playing customers told us that they often play Bridge on the back of the cloth and used the bordered side of the cloth for afternoon tea.
Pique quilted fabrics also make beautiful bedspreads and throws.

We joined two pieces of Auriol pique fabric to make this large round tablecloths. A runner covers the join on the reverse of the cloth (red side) so that the cloth can be used on both sides.
